Media Coordinator: Part Time

The Atelier at Flowerfield is seeking a part-time Media Coordinator to assist the Director of Operations. This is an opportunity to be the friendly face of Atelier Hall, a customer service representative for 25 hours per week, while also working on both digital and printed media projects.  Scheduling is flexible but the applicant must be available for at least two Saturdays a month. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Friendly Face of the Atelier Hall Front Desk. A customer service representative to give tours of the Atelier to new visitors and answer the phones
  • Maintain a presentable space in Atelier Hall
  • Strong computer skills with a familiarity with MAC computers, Excel & Photoshop
  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Writing and creating content for weekly email blasts to our customer base
  • Creating Advertisements for printed media including newspapers, brochures and postcards
  • Detail oriented and organized
